For clients that want the accountability of a personal trainer but perhaps live remote, hours conflict, or cannot afford the full cost of One on One Personal Training, then online training is an excellent option for you. Allison has her own Encore Fitness App where you will access your programming created for you based on your goals and equipment availability.  Weekly checkins via the app include bi weekly photos, measurements, and nutritional guidelines to help keep you accountable and connected to Allison and other WolfPack Members via the Encore Fitness Forums that include: Recipes, Transformations, Encore Swag, Weekly Discussions/Tips, etc.

REFUND POLICY
Encore Fitness + Sport does not offer refunds for personal training sessions, online training or personal prep. Sessions may be transferred to another individual (providing the sessions have not expired) or, put on hold for 2 months with a doctor’s note.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices may be subject to change and clients will be advised in advance.

PAYMENT
Encore Fitness + Sport accepts cash, cheque, Visa and Mastercard.

Prices above DO NOT include GST.

All packages have an expiry date that will be recorded on client card and invoice at the time of purchase.

Training Sessions of 24 or less must be paid in full. 36 Sessions and above payment options can be arranged.
