For clients that want the accountability with a personal trainer but perhaps live remote, hours conflict, or cannot afford the full cost of one on one Personal Training, then online training is an excellent option for you.
Weekly checkins via email to Allison keeps you accountable as well access to her online training app showcasing all exercises with videos and descriptions so you are not left wondering if you are doing correctly. It’s like a having a personal trainer in your pocket. All programming created for you based on goals and equipment and time available.

REFUND POLICY
Encore Fitness + Sport does not offer refunds for personal training sessions, online training or personal prep. Sessions may be transferred to another individual (providing the sessions have not expired) or, put on hold for 2 months with a doctor’s note.
